this was our third stay at the lavender and we have found it a great stopover hotel. it's an easy train trip from changi, there is a 24 food court below which is convenient no matter your arrival and departure time, check in and check out are a breeze, staff are friendly and rooms are clean. this may be best value in all singapore. sadly, the hotel charges $10 a day for wifi. otherwise a great choice for good value. rooms are small but that's the only qualification.

Great Locations
great location, right in front of Lavender Mrt

Nice hotel, location is great, there's a food court, kopitiam nearby with a variety of local food. Wendy (fast food restaurant) is located at the hotel too. The only negative thing is the front lobby is located at the back of the building (if you are coming out from the mrt) somehow confusing to find for the first time traveler.

highly recommended for solo travelers. no-frills hotel that is very convenient. located right above lavender mrt station, you can travel anywhere in the city by just taking the train. clean room and bed is comfortable.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. Staff were very accommodating because we had a late check-in since we came from a cruise. Got free wifi for the rooms booked. Location was good. Room wasn't that spacious but it was clean (so is the bathroom) and beds were comfortable. Hotel is also near Clark Quay and nightlife/shopping areas. Had a great time in this hotel.

Great location in a no-frills hotel
on top of the lavender mrt station and eateries

best part of this hotel is that it's located on top of the lavender mrt station. apart from that rooms are small and the window faced a wall, the basin was leaking water, the lobby was really packed and the walls are really thin.
Hotel Feature Tip:
internet costs sgd10 for 24 hours. you'll need to pay for the internet voucher at the front desk and you cannot charge it to the room.

hotel is near mrt station, so we don't have any problem about transportion. we can go to all destination in singapore. beside that the hotel is near wendys restaurant, kopitiam, and some stores. some hotel staffs can speak malay/ or bahasa so indonesian tourists is no problem about english. triple room or family room is slept 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 children and the window of the room have a nice city view.

The room was small..good for backpack travelers, or a short stay.
The pool was nice ambience, however the pool water was very cold, for those who can't stand the temperature suggest that not to swim. Sunbathing will be good.
