Well priced, clean and new but small rooms

great hotel for those looking for value for money...clean with quality finishings in a great location right above the lavender mrt station and adjoining kopitiam. popularity is evident from the large volume of traffic that is frequent in the lobby and the usage of elevators up to rooms. be wary of the relatively small rooms, (premier was more spacious than superior)but apart from that, a fantastic choice to stay for the single traveller, couple or even family (cheap price allows affordability to book multiple rooms).

Good location but crowded hotel

very good location.
wifi charges. even for charge for internet for computers located at g/f..
too crowded for using lifts..... if you wanna go for breakfast for check out at peak hours (before 10am) it takes 10-20 min. for a lift that you can squeeze in!
Hotel Feature Tip:
take the lift for going up and floors by floors, after reaching top, you can go down otherwise you would need to wait wait and wait!

is a very convenient hotel because lavender station is just right beside. furthermore, it have 24hour food store which is a affordable and valuable price. just that the bath room is little small in size.

Lovely hotel but small rooms
I love the customer friendly staff who were very helpful n helped me out wit early check in wen I arrived from the airport

It was a pleasant stay over the weekend but the cleanliness wasn't very good! They had balls of dust on the bed after making our bed n it was uncomfortable to sleep wit dust n hair

Bugis streets is the nicest place to shop

The only not good thing is very very small size room, it's okay for alone person, you need more space if go with other person.
Shopping Tip:
one of best place for budget shopping is mustafa department store near little india and ferrer mrt station.

When you first arrived the hotel lobby, no staff said "hi" to you. When you went to the check in counter, the receptionist talked on the phone ignoring you. The room allocated was on 3/F while I requested for high floor level when making reservation. They did not make any explanation why room on higher level could not be allocated to me.
The corridor is terrible and like a hospital. The room is very small with minimal amenities and decoration. It is so awful that they use very cheap and small pieces of toilet paper and there is no tissue paper box inside the room. You will find 2 large towels, not to expect other small towels for hand/face.
There are very few TV channels. The remote control is always out of order. The lights inside the room cannot be partly off, either on or off for the whole room.
The mattress is as hard as wood. My Room window was facing the window of another hotel room. There is no privacy in any way. The sound insulation is very poor. Whenever people walk, talk and open the door, you will hear it.
I cannot find any satisfactory place.

Lavender hotel is built on the metro station lavender so connectivity from airport to lavender is easy. hotel is okay as the room were small but with nice interior. Overall i give 6 out of 10

Good location, basic service and clean rooms

We found the hotel quite basic with clean rooms and good location next to the metro station. Minus sides were that internet cost extra and that soundproofing was not very good between the rooms. From outside however there was no noise coming as the rooms are high up from the street level (starting from 4th floor). So views were also nice.

near mrt, nice food are very near..

it is just in front of the mrt and very convenient to travel to downtown and also airport. and a lot of food shop are just at the downstairs.
