the hotel situate near mrt. the negatibe thing is hotel is verz crowded and things are verz expensive. we were dispointed about the breakfast. they charge verz high but bad quality of food. room was small but clean but there is no window in room.

small & dirty & no cleaning service

our room was so small we had no place to sit other than the bed. it seemed a bit over priced. our room was not cleaned either of the first 2 days until we went down to the front desk mgr. & complained at 6:00 pm each day. finally on the 3rd day we contacted the general manager & he arranged for our room to be "cleaned" each day by 1:00 pm. they only change sheets & towels & do no other cleaning. we have been all over the world & this is the first hotel where we found maids routinely cleaning rooms after 7:00 pm each evening. it seems there must be a great shortage of cleaning staff?

the hotel room is very small but the location is perfect... mrt, food court, souvenir shop, and other small store just right in the same building with the hotel..

the v hotel lavender is suitable for singapore trip and long stay because it is right above the brt station lavnder. this is very great advantage in the transportation and travelling. there are also food court like kopitiam right behind the hotel and ofcourse the guardian and 7-11 shops

Very near to mrt but small room
5 minute thai walking distance from mrt.

room for 3 person is quite tight but nice for a couple. This hotel might be fit for business trip. The hotel is near to mrt but not convenient to travel the hot pot destination dut to changing the tube line. There is no free wi-fi at the hotel.

good location with subway train service right at the side of the hotel.
the only problem is room smell of smoke and we need to keep remind the staff that there'r no toilet paper in the room.

Overall experience, satisfactory. Location is great as MRT is just right beside the hotel. Room is slightly small, slight problems with the air conditioning, aren't any tissue paper given in the room thus have to use toilet papers instead, even request for ice needs extra charges unlike other 4-star hotels giving it for free.

Convenient Location and friendly service
It has a pretty decent city view from the rooms.

It was a great stay! It is extremely convenient as it is directly above the train station and only 3 stops away from the city. However rooms are alittle small but are clean and has a great city view. Would definitely return to this hotel!

Beside small rooms, the cleaning service not so good. Glasses at room they are not washed it properly! dirty, becareful when you want to use the glass in the room, wash it again!
