A very relax stay
Next to MRT, attentive staff, comfort room.
It's a hotel with MRT just next to it. Comfort room with city view. Love for the bright room & attentive staff. It's a food court just next to the hotel.

Clean hotel with great location
location, cleanliness, quick check in
The hotel is greatly located next to the MRT station so all the transportation is easy. The check in & check out process is quick. We stayed in the room on the highest floor so it's really quite. The room is basic but clean. But that's all we should ask for with this price. However, it will be great if the wifi is free, I think it's basic and provided in other V hotel with similar price. And the elevator is well decorated but really slow, but I believe it's just minor thing to consider when choosing the hotel.

No common Q during check in Customer cut Q

No common Q during check in THREE customer behind me was serve FIRST Even the MALE manager helping served the person who came later than me When confronted he just say sorry and ask me go back Q behind the slow staff who serving infront of me He must be aware of the surrounding as a manager and I m a tired traveller I need a bed fast too .
