when me and my boyfriend checked into v hotel,we didnt expect the room to be cosy and comfortable as the room was very small.the location is great as its very convenient for us to look for food.

nicely located near the mass rapid transport station and near the immigration. less than 10 mins to town and lots of banks nearby as well for business traveller. rooms is spacious and cosy and food is acceptable. other food is available the hotel as well as pubs. no hassle from crowds and not noisy as well.

my stay in v hotel is wonderful. this is actually my second time staying here. the people here are friendly. the hotel is very clean and the furniture that is in the hotel is in very good condition. the hotel is very near to geylang which you can find alot of good food.

good but somehow cant see any smiling faces from the hotel staff nor there was any greeting/ unlike thailand most staff working in the hotel are friendly and always smiling. bit not here. they should improve it.

the hotel made my 2-night and 3-day stay in singapore comfortable and pleasant. it is strategically located between the airport and the center of city activities, and is very near an mrt station. it provided perfect lodging for my quick weekend getaway.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you require wifi access, be ready to shell out 10 SGD for 24-hr use.

This is not the 1st time that i stay this hotel. But this is the 1st time that I don't like service here. I've booked for premium room type but when i got triple beds room type without any explanation. Checking in took about 20mins which is longer than last time and staff didn't talk or explain anything for me. Not even smile or say thanks.
Making room is not clean at all. It seems like they just come to make a bed and dry out bathroom. That's all. Next time if i choose this hotel, there is only one reason which is location. This kind of service should not be considered as 4stars hotel.

Restaurant Tip:
12 inch restaurant in the 4th floor is not recommened.
