Great location as it is right above Lavender station and right on airport line. Rooms a little small but clean. Good view of city. Internet is not free.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Asian heritage museum is nice to see.

the location is excellent - right at the mrt stop with shops and restaurants all around. it was about a 30 minute ride on the mrt from the airport, and the rest of the city was easily accessible. the room and bathroom were small, but clean with up-to-date decor. the cost was a bit high, but considering the city and easy access to mrt, it was worth it.

clean and comfortable. colour scheme leaves a lot to be desired. i really wish that bathrooms would have been larger. the shower enclosures restrict the size of the person. every move, even for a thin person results in knocking the faucet control that turns off the water flow. groups of unsupervised students made it a very noisy stay as they all seem to have a late night and ran all over the floors shouting and screaming. i was shocked that soap was not provided

i book the hotel on line the only thing that i think was not rite was when i come off a long trip and we got to the hotel they told me that we have you resevation but you have to wait
1 hour before we can get you in your room so i think that when you make a booking and you get conformation that you have a room it sould be there waiting for you when you get to the hotel not to wiat one hour
Restaurant Tip:
it has lots of resturant around you in the grand floor so just go out and eat very nise and clean resturant take aways

Great location and close to everything. If you don't mind the small room then staying at this Hotel is perfect. The staff are friendly and there is a food court centre right next to the Hotel. The prices is very affordable.

Unfortunately the wifi was very weak in my room and I either had to go into the corridor or down to the lobby to get adequate reception. Rudimentary bar / dining facilities, but there are loads of good, cheap, clean eating places nearby.

Brand new hotel with great location above the MRT

I was upgraded to a triple room, which offered a little more space since the basic double romm is not spacious at all. The hotel however is new and all rooms have a window, which is rare in Singapore. The best feature of the hotel is its location, located right above the MRT station Lavender, for easy access to the city centre in less than 10 min ride. The breakfast was a little disappointing, not so much by the quality, but by the level of service. It was difficult to find a table to sit at 7:30 in the morning and the waiters were too keen to clear your table before you finished your meal. Breakfast is served outside, which I particularly enjoyed.

This is a fine hotel with small but clean rooms at a very nice price. It is also right next to an MRT station so it is easy to get everywhere. The only downsides were that hallway noise was quite loud - so try to get a room away from the elevators, and the 'gym' was not really a gym at all but just a few treadmills.
