great hotel on top of mrt station

hotel room is clean, staff very helpful. some near by places are interesting. easy access to public transport, build on mrt station.
Shopping Tip:
Go out and take a walk at surrounding area.

Great location BUT cleanliness bad!

The hotel location very near to lavender MRT station. IT is exactly above the lavender MRT station. 3 mins walk to the hotel.
THe only things i am totally unappy was the housekeeping, didn't fold the blanket, didnt clean up the room for our 3 nights stay. Additional, didn't wash cups, shampoo and toilets papers didn't top-up or refill. Shoes not changing. I thought we are paying for 3 nights. Suppose the housekeeping should change everything, everyday. If it doesn't change, it means we should pay half price. Since room not make-up. I think the hotel should look into this matter. My family and I decided not to complaints during the stay because we do not want our holiday mood be ended up bad.

Enjoyed another night in this hotel, we booked 5 more days coz we need to stay in SG longer. We did not bother to look for another hotel, this is the best one in terms of the price & location.

The hotel is affordable, has a great location and I really like the people who works there. Very friendly & helpful. The only thing I didn't care about is the small bathroom. Not enough elbow to move around especially the shower room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Santosa is great. There's a lot to see and don't forget to ride on the cable car. You can see the view of the city.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly.
Parking is easy. Wish it was free for guest.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If wanting to explore SIngapore on foot, this is out of teh way. But otehrwise great location given the MRT station under the hotel.

This hotel has good location, close to MRT and food court. The room is small but enough to stay for a few days. I stayed in this hotel a number of times and have noted that, the device become worse compared to the first time I stay, room facilities has been reduced and cut off in some how. This hotel is 4 stars, so it should be better in term of room service and facilities. I will change to other hotel if nothing improve or return to the previous service.
The hotel price is not so bad (for Singapore), the only advantage is location: close to MRT, food court, and near shopping center.
