great location but the room could be better.
located next to eating places and MRT.

pros: location, location, location. walking distance to food court and few shops, and subway station. the hotel provides free wifi and there are computers for free internet at the lobby. the room is also clean and simple. the bed is comfortable. great swimming pool size, perfect for those who likes to swim.
cons: the room is freezing cold. you can't adjust the temperature of the ac unit. i had to switch off the ac few times and turn it on again when it gets too warm. asked the housekeeping staff for help but he couldn't do more than what i had done as the ac is the way it is.
the shower space is small. it's about 1 meter by 1 meter. even my shower at home has more space. the shower water also either hot or cold. nothing in between.
Hotel Feature Tip:
free wi-fi needs a password from the reception desk and each password only lasts 24 hours.

also tiny bathroonm.
they give u two large towels. no small one.
If ur going to swim, u shud bring ur towel.
they will keep ur staff for ur last day(after check out) trip.
have foodcourt and subway nearly.
On my first day I arrived early in the morning, around 8am.
but they let me check in. that was good.

Modern well furbished hotel

after a long flight from istanbul i needed a clean and comfortable hotel and that's what i got, well run and busy with clean comfortable rooms. just off the lavendar metro station the hotel has great links to changi airport and the citys other attractions.
below the hotel is a food lovers paradise with allsorts of delicious stalls

Great location, with MRT can reach the hotel from airport. there are food court open 24 hours. V Hotel near with Mustafa centre. but the rooms too small, not comfortable. i came at noon, there is problem with shower can't hot.

this hotel is well situated above the lavender mrt, however there is really nothing else in the area that you could investigate on foot apart from a few food shops. so you need to travel away to visit any shops etc.
staff were good; room extremely small but clean and in good condition; no soap (didn't know we had to ask for it at reception and made do with a small bottle of bath gel). on our late return from our day out, our room had not been made up and when we phoned up about this, were asked if we had requested it to be made up?? otherwise they would eventually get to it by 7pm in the evening. i asked for a flat pillow and was given one as equally high as the ones in the room.
good little 24 hour convenience store next door.
as already noted by another guest, lift is painfully slow and even though they had 5 lifts, only 2 seem to operate at any given time. we also had a terrible view of looking across at someone else's room but didn't ask to change rooms - perhaps we should have as we had to keep our curtains closed all the time!
breakfast at singapore $14 is very ordinary and we didn't go back on the second day. similarly wouldn't recommend the cafe on the 4th floor.

nice hotel with an easy access

It was a nice hotel with an easy access, nice room and also quite competitive rate at that time. Since the distance is pretty close with MRT, it is very convenient to have a trip to any where place in Singapore. And also there is some nice restaurant near the hotel.

Perfect location but small rooms

i stayed one night in this hotel with my friend, and found out that almost all of the hotel guest are indonesian people. the location is perfect, the hotel has their own access to the mrt. you can find food place easily. only the room is too small and old fashioned, also the hot water temperature in the bathroom kept changing all the time.
