Very nicely located hotel, near to the shopping districts. Also easy to get to Changi airport. Rooms are rather small but nicely designed. View was described as "city view" but turned out to be a view to the opposite hotel. Room wasn't as clean as hoped. Internet costs extra if not booked from the hotel website and doesn't work that well. Free water, coffee and tea. Breakfast quality wasn't very good, waitresses didnt fill in the dishes that quickly and had to wait all the time.

It is very bad that the hotel can't provide any free internet. They charge S$10.- for a day for only one device. Moreover the reception of wifi is very bad and I hardly use.

It was not changed directly, but have to wait the 2nd night unfortunately, due to some technical reason.

As others have said, unfriendly reception and service staff, but room cleanliness and comfort were good. Swimming pool was good and breakfast adequate. Location is great. Will stay here again if I need to visit Singapore.
