Great location and room is comfortable

the location is very good. only 1 minute walk to mrt station. they have 7-11 store, etc outside the hotel. the area is not too busy ie less crowd. the staff in the hotel was very friendly and the service was good. if i were to go to singapore again, i will definitely stay there again.
overall, im very satisfied to stay at this hotel.

small rooms, good location, within the city fringe
above mrt station, so its 10-20 mins from city hall and orchard shopping belt

the room though small & compact, is good enough for 2 persons.
it is clean and staff is friendly and helpful
Travel tip:
the rate could be lowered by 10-15%

Great location, with new small room
convenient location, still relatively new

the hotel is new and centrally located, close to the airport and a few stops from city hall and the shopping area. not bad for the price. the staff can do with some mannerism (commonsense really). e.g. receptionists on two diff occasions disappeared to the back room when saw me approaching and one just outright ignored me (surely not coincidence).

Hotel location and room is great. But the bathroom very small and not conviniece. We need to pay the car parking ,really don't why we need to pay! Hotel must Provided free parking for guess. One day 12Dollar, really expensive. This is the 1st time pay the hotel parking when we are staying hotel.

Frontdesk officer was helpful when we requested to change our room to non smoking room. Location is great, hotel just located beside Lavender MRT station.
The room was small and there was a pretty bad odor (maybe from the curtains?) . For a 4 star hotel, there was no tissue paper provided in our superior room, only toilet paper, which a bit unacceptable. The breakfast buffet provided was so-so, not much choices. Nothing is F.O.C here, no free wireless, no free newspaper in the morning.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Parking fees is $12 per day. You can pay with the autopass card. Top-up of autopass is available at Cheers convenient store just beside the hotel.

Location is fantastic. Very very close to the MRT and therefore provide convenient access.
The 24 hours Kopi Tiam on the ground floor offers very nice food option at decent prices.
Room was comfortable. Ac was working properly and we got a room with a view.
Even though I was on 15 floor, for some reason, I had no problem with elevator waiting time.
Price was alright as I booked with an airfare combined package.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you prefer to have view, ask for the premier room. Otherwise, prepare to face other rooms in a relatively close range.

This is the 3rd time that I stayed at this hotel when I was in SG. Everything is good as the same but shower room got some stains that make it not so nice. They should have good cleaning and maintenance to keep the hotel new as long as possible. I have one suggestion to make this hotel perfect and completely 4 stars. Free wifi should be available in the room for customers. Wifi is now become basic facility which most of hotel in the world provided.
