Great Location but small rooms

The hotel was great, great location above the Lavender MRT Station. Many store sells foods, I always buy food at Kopitiam, there's so many choice to eat. Close to Bugis. But the room and the shower was to small. Overall this is a good hotel to stay.

the hotel is new and is conveniently located near mrt. staff are friendly. room is very clean and comfortable, albeit small. parking is expensive (up to sgd 12 per entry). considering the number of rooms, the lobby is always very crowded, but surprisingly quick service. 4th floor open area is good - relaxing & quiet at night.

Twin room is TINY! You have two feet in between the two beds and another two in front of the bed that is taken over by the desk. The toilet and shower is likewise small. The minibar is located inside the small cupboard/cabinet. The phone in the room did not work, and was replaced after their maintenance guy came to check it.
Great plus is they have a regular singapore style foodcourt just outside the hotel, and the mrt station is also conveniently outside.
Was surprised that this hotel has lots of tour group guest, i guess because of its relatively low price. But ive seen budget hotels which has bigger room that this.

I stayed at a small room (twin) and the rooms get cleaned past noon. Aside from that, this was a great stay because of its location and the service when I requested for an extra towel and pillow which came up in less than 5 minutes. I was just thrown off when someone from their staff rang the door at around 1 in the morning. I did not open the door but called up the reception and was informed that it was a mistake. Talk about disturbing the sleep. It is priced a little steep for me as well but the sheets were clean as well as the bathroom so I guess that was enough for me.

We stayed at Hotel V Lavander because my niece recommended the hotel. The rooms were clean, moderate space and new. The hotel offers all the required necessity for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect for tourist as it is a stone throw away from the subway entrance.
Although Hotel V Lavander is a bit farther away from the central business and shopping area, getting around is not a problem because it is just less than 5 minutes walk to the subway station. Also, there are lots of TAXIs around and BUS STOP is very near.

we liked the hotel very much only because it is close to the mrt station and it is the same mrt line with changi airport. we came back at night and it was safe and we took our supper at the 24 hour food court. even though it is not value for money, the room is very small and no soap provided, the staffs are friendly. we will come back again.

just up site lavender st mrt, not far from changi airport. not hard to have halal food, just right down the hotel lobby.
Restaurant Tip:
Kopitiam, halal and indonesian food. Price also reasonable.

V hotel is situated along lavender road. The hotel has a strategic location as the mrt station is just a stone's throw away. Besides that, another thing that is wonderful for this hotel is the nearby hawker center which allow tourists to taste local delicacies easily. The food is quite cheap and having your day started by eating breakfast in the 'kopitiam' is the best way to experience the daily lives of Singaporeans. Moreover, it is wonderful to spend the afternoon swimming in the indoor pool to escape from the heat. V Hotel has a poolside gym for those who enjoys workouts overlooking the picturesque view of Singapore. HOwever, one thing that is less satisfying about this stay is the small rooms in the hotel. The modernistic designs of the rooms are excellent but it would be better if spacious rooms are provided. It would be a more pleasant stay if free wifi is available too.
