the hotel is just on top of the levander station which is very convenient to the city center. the room is clean but a bit small, it's fine for tourist as you will not stay too long in the room. people from the hotel is nice and helpful. the air conditioning is strong enough and sufficient hot water. good deal.

the only i like this hotel only the location, near the mrt and bus station, and food for 24 hours.
we must buy sgd10 for internet access for 24 hours, but actually les than 20hours, will be unaccessible.
my booked already included breakfast, but the waitress need to re confirm to to front desk... and i lost my appetite, as the waitress need more than 5 minutes, even i can show it to her the booking print-out from agoda.
the queing in the restaurant itself is terrible.
foods finish before the last quer.
the room is too small for me and my kid.

great budget hotel
just right at the lavender train station, beside the eating place, affordable clean rooms

i always stay at v hotel because its cheap yet the rooms have a great view, plus the location is good. from this hotel, you can travel anywere in sg using the train station right behind the hotel. this is the only budget hotel that isnt ugly looking. relatively new hotel. they also got a swimming pool so it isnt so bad.
Restaurant Tip:
kopi kiam is behind the hotel where you can eat cheap but yummy meals.

location is fantastic. above mrt. room is small, but clean and tidy and the hotel has some ok features. pool is great and the gym is not to bad for a small hotel. you can get your runs in and swims in. very busy hotel and peak periods are crazy. but overall, the location and price is worth it and the gym/pool

The room was very small, and sometimes it had bad smells (guess was from the pipeline in the bathroom). Need to pay extra 10 SGD to get wireless access, but signal was not quite stable...
