By the MRT station but not spacious

To my surprise, 4 star hotel didn't have facial tissue available. Internet wifi was so slow and the signal wasn't stable. The room cleanliness was alright as 4 star. Nothing was a Wow experience. I chose this one because of its location.

hotel was nice but i heat , i felt that they want to tack advantage of me like every thing has a praice when i checked in i gave the house keeper the tips for caring my luggage then when i checked out they i called the rescipation and they told me you have to pay 1 dollore for each bag dispute i gave more than that when we chech in

it's a good place to stay, convenient, clean and not too expensive. room and toilet a bit small but overall considered alright. swiming pool not enough lighting. no baby pool for kids / children.

i was in the hotel for business and loved the stay. the gym has view over the swimming pool and over the entire city!! awesome!! the swimming pool is cool water and perfect for swimming laps! the metro is near, so you are very central located. i will recommend this hotel to my friends!

Once again: the Gym is nice: good for cardio and a nice swimming pool with perfect views over the city. Also the PIzza restaurant at the 5th floor is good!

loved the food in singapore and the food court near this hotel did not disappoint, only a station away from teh best prawn mee soup we had.
noise from hallway was an issue each night despite different floors and rooms and had to tell people to pipe down. one room was damp and humid and so we changed it. the rooms are tiny as is the shower.
but its a good business hotel due to its convenience

the hotel is still new, all the feature is still working. the room is very small compare to other price in the same price. the shower is totally to small for medium size body and you must open the shower door in order to get your feet soap.
the lobby is like luggage storage and very pack if you check in at the peak hour.
location is on the top of lavender mrt station ew11. you can take mrt without changing line from changi airport.

Location is everything and this hotel is located in such an easily accessible location its perfect.

The hotel is great value for money. It is just right on MRT (train) station which for us is very important as we can bring children aroung riding the MRT to go almost everywhere in Singapore.
We got a lovely view of the parking lot next to the immigration office. It's even better a night time.
The bed is comfortable, bathroom is small yet clean and functional. Very nice swimming pool and gym. The service staff were friendly and helpful although it seems they are overwhelm by the number of guests. Checking in or out was a breeze.
The only problem seems to be the lifts that unable to cope with the numbers of guests. It's a long wait whether to go up or down.
