Busy hotel with great location
the best thing bout the hotel is that the hotel located right on top of lavender mrt station

it was lovely, for honeymooners like us we got what we wanted, place to crash in at night coz we spend the whole day sightseeing and shops. after a long walk and beatup tired, we dont have to walk far after getting off the mrt, all we need is just take the elevator up, walk 20 meter and there we are at the hotel lobby.
theres few food stall and food court right behind the lobby (between the station elevator and hotel lobby). the downside is we must pay for the wifi if we want to use it, and they only provide a whole day package ( which is useless for us because we only be at the hotel at night) and using the business center computer (they charge per minutes).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
buy mrt card right away after get off the plane very usefull and cost efficient. the distance on the map is a bit tricky, it may look like so far but believe me almost everything is walking distance. it only took us under 90 minuter to walk from orchard mrt station to brasbasah station (we've been distracted to take photograph, sight seeing in the mall and shop at lucky plaza)

Practical hotel, central location

modern, clean hotel, visited on a short business trip. for the solo traveler, the nearby bars and restaurants and market provide convenient after hours entertainment.
easy to get taxi in this area.
rooms are small but fully equipped. ok for single or a couple.
absence of street noise and other disturbances, in spite of a central location on a busy street.
Shopping Tip:
The nearby Ben Thanh market is just a stroll away, many food stalls and lots of cheap shopping.

It's near MRT. It's very convenient to go to anywhere in Singapore. It will be better if we can play internet (WIFI) in my room free.

Great hotel with very relaxing environment

we had enjoyed our stay in v hotel lavender. though the tv channels are very limited, our stay is very relaxing. we had a nice view from our room, specially at night where we can see the beautiful lights of singapore. it's sad we haven't got a chance to visit the pool.

this is my family trip to singapore and i find this hotel is quite cheap for the family room compare to other hotel. and the location is just nice.
Travel tip:
The Lavender MRT station is just below the hotel and there is kopitiam (hawker center) at the left hand side.

Great location but small rooms
Clean and well-maintained. Lots of eateries nearby.

room was a little too small despite staying in the premier room. the room service and house-keeping took forever to pick up the phone. when the housekeeper finally arrived with our extra pillow, he walked off even before i have finished speaking.
nonetheless, the staff was polite as i said thank you while he was walking away, he replied with a "you are welcome" from afar. service was so-so, could be better.
the bonus would be the bell boy who opens the door is polite and quite handsome.
it's an ok hotel overall..

Best hotel for travel & business trip

we stay at triple room on 14th floor which is not so small like other, have good view that can see singapore flyer, but shower room is small. totally very satisfy with v hotel so much and will recommend other to stay.

Located right at MRT
Located at Lavender MRT; easy access to most places in city

Room was small but expected and clean. Breakfast was simple but sufficient and located at pool area which is spacious and nice.However,there is nothing much near the hotel area which is fine as MRT make it accessible to other parts of the city. There are some small eateries and bakeries from the MRT to hotel though.
Checking in and out was a breeze although our booking was not updated in their system; but staff were polite and sorted it out quickly.

Great location, comfortable, clean but small rooms
Location is great, lots of eatery downstairs and just above an MRT station.

The hotel is a typical budget class tourist hotel. Located right above Lavender MRT station, so it is very convenient to get to city, Orchard road, or other tourist attractions. There is a 24-hr food court downstairs and that is a bonus too. Great place for short stay if you're on holiday in Singapore.
