Great location but small rooms

once stepped into the room, the design of the room impressed me. even though it is small, but it fulfilled all my needs. i like the hair dryer, and the shower bottle. i had a good rest as the color of the wall and furniture are calming. i was lying down on the comfortable bed and watched tv for a few hours until i fall asleep. the most important thing is, the location is strategic. in conclusion, i am very statisfied with my stay in this hotel.

lovely hotel and service with a smile

it was great to stay at v hotel, it's clean, new, and "fresh". unfortunately, the room was too small even for family with one children or so ever. the internet service should have been provided with free of charge instead of charging for using it. but overall, my trip has become memorable as the hotel was located nearly the centre of city and mrt station.

great location right near the mrt

we had one night at the v hotel before flying to malaysia. on the pricey side for the room we got which was very basic & small. the bathroom had no fan which seemed to be quite common throughout asia.
friendly staff & fantastic accessible location.

Great location
great location, convenient for travelling by mrt

convenient location is the most remarkable strength that the hotel has. the daily cleaning service is good. the front desk's staff is good, but sometimes not flexible enough to help customers.
for example, in my case, i forgot some of my important print-out paper at the check-in desk. however, instead of contacting with me or just simply keeping it in the drawer (as the papers have my personal details), they couldn't recall whether they threw it away or not.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
500m down Kallang Road located Kallang MRT station. Moreover, Geylang area with many "eating houses" or food courts famous with frog porridge, pepper crab and others for tourists to explore.

it's a nice hotel to staying in such high expences country. the price is reasonable, and the location is really nice. ther also provided free wifi to use, that's quiche nice when want to share ur happiness with friends on website.

small rooms and noisy environment

My stay was very uncomfortable. The room is very small and not soundproof at all. Other rooms around me were occupied by teenagers who r very noisy 24/7. Lifts were always full so that I have to wait for my turn to go up.

Good Location
Hoitel is on top of Lavender MRT station and lots of hawker food just outside.

The hotel is still relatively new and in good condition. The rooms are small but comfortable. Location is very convenient with Lavender MRT just downstairs - so it's easy to get around. There is no shortage of food options in this location as well. It's a busy property with lots of bus tours staying there so the lobby is packed with people and luggage at all hours. There were no hand towels,hand soap or face towels provided in the room and wifi was $10 for 24 hrs. Other Asian cities we stayed in recently have complimentary wifi; V Hotel should do the same.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hand soap is available upon request at the front desk.

Great Location, near MRT

The service provided was ok, except that i am unable to connect to WIFI due to their system breakdown.
Other than that, everything was fine.
