Small room, fair noise-proof between rooms,long queue for taking lifts. Overall is good because of the lacoation and the 24hr foodcourt it has.

Great Location but limited space in the room

The hotel was very crowded during my stay and it was a nightmare just to go down to the lobby or get back to my room as the lifts capacity is unable to cope with the sheer number of people waiting to get to the lift. The worst time was in the morning when everyone is going to get breakfast and at night when everyone is going back to their room. The waiting time is just unacceptable but apart from that, I'm contented with the stay.

The location is very convenient. It just next to the Lavender MRT station and all the local food stall just around that area so you no need to worry about the catering problem.
The room is small but well decorate and design. especially the window is big enough to let you to view the whole singapore city and seaview which will make the look more spacious.
The toilet is very small and the door lock is having problem.
Overall is still consider ok.

Go to boat quay for night life.
Difficult to get one night stand in Singapore. Go to geylang lorong 20 for red light district for rendezvous.

The hotel was reasonably priced, and the staff tried to assist in anyway possible. What I liked most about my entire stay is the cleanliness of the hotel. They cleaned the room everyday and changed the linen. Parts of my stay that I didn't like was the fact that the internet was really slow when it did work and the hotel didn't give a refund when I was forced to check out early. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice affordable hotel room.

a new hotel with great value and convenient location. lavender mrt station is only across the road. lots of local food available within walking distance. ideal hotel for f1 race period because free bus shuttle to the track is right across the road.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Stay here if you come for the Formula One race.

Above the Lavender MRT, next to the hotel is a 24hr food court and hotel service is overall pretty good.

This busy hotel with efficient friendly staff is right above the Lavender MRT and next to a 24hr food court.
The room is small but modern and comfortable enough for short stay. If you planning to stay in the room to relax or work then this is might not be the right hotel for you.
