nice hotel staffs with good service.
the room is quite small but i get good view room. i can see singapore flyer from my room.
it's easier to find food mall. you can walk around and have breakfast near the hotel in singapore style.

Great location but can be noisy

We stayed at Vhotel for 2 nights in Oct. The hotel location is very location, right next to MRT and food shop/Kopitam. There are lots of people and tourbuses pick up and drop of people each morning so can be very noisy. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a convenient place to sleep at night to shop and eat then this is the place.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is also very good Currency exchange kiosk downstair that offer competitive rate.

Slick Cosmopolitan Hotel

we enjoyed the convenience to mrt and street food vendors as well as the rooftop garden, pool, gym, cafe (4th floor). extremely safe and clean, with courteous, professional staff. need an iron? just call the front desk and an ironing board will be set up in your room within minutes. payperday wifi turned us off a bit, though. we're spoiled by free internet elsewhere in se asia and singapore.
Travel tip:
Turn the shower head towards the wall or you'll quickly fill the bathroom floor with water through the unsealed glass door.

Pleasant hotel in a convenient location

I was generally happy with the room. But there are some things the hotel needs to improve.
The internet service was good, but the hotel does not advertise that it has free internet for its guests.
You need to have two of your elevators dedicated to floors 11-15. There is nothing more frustrating than stopping at every floor on the way down, which happened a lot. The same reason causes lengthy waits for the elevator to arrive at your floor.
Second, please provide real cakes of soap in the bathrooms, not just shower gel in a hard-to-squeeze bottle.
Third, the toasters in your breakfast buffet are terrible. They are slow, difficult to get the settings right and they cause a traffic jam at the smorgasbord. You need a table dedicated to bread with at least 6 regular (4 burner) toasters.
Finally, when I went to use the toilets that service the restaurant area, two of the cubicles had no toilet paper.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask the check-in staff about wi-fi: they will give you login vouchers for each night you stay with them. You have to enter the code each time you restart your computer, but it is high speed.

Cosy room with great service

was there for a short weekend stay. the television in the room was faulty and within a short hour, the technicians came and changed a new television for us. While doing the switch, they had a short chat with me and kept me entertained with their little jokes and smiles. It was a lovely experience, despite their small rooms.
They have a great pool which opens till 9pm at level 4. Hop over to the pizzeria for a light snack to end the night nicely.
Restaurant Tip:
The pizzeria at level 4 serves decent pizzas. Do try the pizza with teriyaki chicken and japanese mayo.

conveniece hotel for traveller
location: near by food court and MRT

This hotel is quite conveniece for traveller and reasonable price. However we would like a rubbish bin in the restroom as well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel is just above the Lavender MRT. However if you have time, better take bus, cos you can see the better view and not too crowded as MRT. : ). Be noted that if you ask Bell boy for carrying your luggages when you want to check out, it cost you 1 SGD / luggage.

I stayed 6 nights. Everything is good except the gym and bed. The socalled gym is basically just treadmills. The bed is rock hard. I got shoulder aches after the second night. Also internet is nott inclusive and very expensive. I dont think i will return.

The hotel is very near MRT and comfortable to go anywhere. The staffs are good service mind.But the room is too small. The breakfast is not good and not delicious. The cost should be reduced.
