the room is so small you don't have room to swing a cat. but because it's a new hotel, everything is new so the comfort level is there. no complaints about that. the shower area is also the smallest i have ever seen. it can only fit one, so those on 'honeymoon' has best to avoid the superior room.

I booked Hotel Lavendar V primarily for its location. My flight arrived after 10pm into Singapore so catching a train straight to the hotel was ideal. Although I didn't spend much time in the hotel I found it to be extremely convenient, comfortable and clean.

the good i got from this hotel is the location only next to lavender mrt.The room size is small though i still accepted it's worth for budget hotel class, But what i regret to stay this hotel was the room services.Not only once i got my room was not made up though i leaved it most day.I ever called the room service to make up my room late night and i also complained to receptionist and got strange statement: any make up room at this hotel is by request by guests! that's really once i heard that strange statement when staying at any hotels all my lifetime.

the hotel was really good, the hotel's location is very near with Lavender MRT station. they also managed to clean our room while we were leaving. Even though it is not one of the cheapest hotel in the town, it is worth to try :D
Travel tip:
Give the quite enough time to clean your room. Besides that, everything is okay.

If you want either to go around and enjoy many places of interest or do some business in Singapore, I advise you to stay in this hotel. Although the rooms are small but they are clean and comfortable enough to make you sleep well. Besides the service is good and it is easy to get some snacks and meals since there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Wear comfortable shoes or sandals because you need numerous pleasant walks.

in my opinion, this hotel is dedicated for you who spent your day in spore for traveling all over the city, because the location one step to mrt. easy to find, off from lavender mrt station, and go to exit you will find the hotel directly. so if you want to drop off your luggage and go again for city view or doing your other activity. and plus point from this hotel is 24 hours restaurant, so if you get hungry at midnite your just go down or if you not pay breakfast include your room rate just eat here.
but if you want to spent your whole day in hotel room, this hotel can not be choice, because rooms are small. some people say this is a new hotel, so comfort for you to stay here.
