The hotel is quite new and reasonably priced. The room is clean, however the toilet is small. It is conveniently located near to the MRT station. There is a 24 hour food court next to the hotel.

Overall experience was great! Love the location, it's located right above the Lavender MRT. I don't need to worry what to eat at late night as there's a 24hr food court just next to the hotel. They served varieties of food, not expensive.

Poor air quality with unfriendly staffs

we have requested for non-smoking rooms but over two nights, even though at non-smoking rooms, the air quality was really bad with lots of smoke and dust. poor air quality makes me lose sleep for two nights. staffs were unfriendly and totally not helpful at all. you will not get anything from them.

1.bad internet traffic.very bad,out of ur imagination. they still need to charge u SUSD10/day.shame.
2.bad breakfast. just no more than 10 choice. the worst thing is hard to eat.

It can't be classified a 4-star hotel. The luggages placed at the hotel lobby's both corners and there is totally lack of security.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Marina Bay Sands and Sentosa must visit.
