Small rooms but good view and great location!

The hotel was nice because it was new. The receptionist was kind enough to upgrade us to a room with a better view and i liked the tall glass window in the room! The bed was also very comfy. However, the bathroom was really small- my hands would hit against the walls when i shampoo my hair :(
The pool is somewhat like an infinity pool on level 4 i think and its nice!
Restaurant Tip:
pls go and eat the dessert at the nearby french cafe Antoinette @ Onan Road!

overall, the room was good.. just a little lack of room amenities.. i think it is good if the room have a mirror not only in the toilet but also in the room...

Good location with crammed up rooms
located on top of a mrt station

this hotel is very new with really modern finshings. however, the rooms are really tiny, considering we were travelling with 2 children (aged 3 and 5) with inflatable beds, and we had 8 pieces of luggage. we had to shove our lugguage inside and on top of the closet. there was barely enough room to stand, let alone walk. the hotel has or so rooms, and the lobby is so busy, as if they were giving out the rooms for free. and yes, the lobby always smelled like lavender cologne all the time. the pool and the gym are beautiful. the hotel sits on top of lavender mrt station which was, i guess the only plus point for the hotel. also, there are lots fo food stalls right outside the hotel. i would not recommend this hotel to travellers with children. the rooms are just not big enough. for solo or couple travellers the hotel would be fine.

Very close the MRT (less 2mins by walk), but when you walk in to V, you will feel the smell. So far is ok based on the hotel price.

Good location of hotel, price but small room.
value for money hotel considering the location it is in.

stayed there for a night. room is very small, toilet too. need to pay for ice cubes from the bar. lobby is noisy with many people. however value for money if you wanna just find a place and sleep;.

nice hotel staffs with good service.
the room is quite small but i get good view room. i can see singapore flyer from my room.
it's easier to find food mall. you can walk around and have breakfast near the hotel in singapore style.

We stayed at Vhotel for 2 nights in Oct. The hotel location is very location, right next to MRT and food shop/Kopitam. There are lots of people and tourbuses pick up and drop of people each morning so can be very noisy. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a convenient place to sleep at night to shop and eat then this is the place.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is also very good Currency exchange kiosk downstair that offer competitive rate.

Slick Cosmopolitan Hotel
Clean, convenient, and reasonably priced

we enjoyed the convenience to mrt and street food vendors as well as the rooftop garden, pool, gym, cafe (4th floor). extremely safe and clean, with courteous, professional staff. need an iron? just call the front desk and an ironing board will be set up in your room within minutes. payperday wifi turned us off a bit, though. we're spoiled by free internet elsewhere in se asia and singapore.
Travel tip:
Turn the shower head towards the wall or you'll quickly fill the bathroom floor with water through the unsealed glass door.
