convenient but small bathroom
mrt is right below the hotel

a great place to stay in singapore, located right in the city centrejust above lavender mrt station. not to far from orchard road or airport. next to 24-hours food court. small-standard room. they have quite spacious spot in the lobby to place your belongings if you arrived earlier or if you want to spend more time before go to the airport. there are great eating options under the hotel and you're a short walk away from the excellent eating in little india and bugis

Hotel is located above MRT station, food centre just nearby make you feel very convenience. Hotel staffs are very friendly. This hotel met my expectation. I would stay there again.

lifts always busy room is small our wash basin leaked and not sure if sheets were clean certainly they did not make the bed on second day wifi did not work for us however location was good and staff were friendly nice swimming pool and gym

very conveniently located above the lavender mrt station and only 2 stops from city hall station.
has lots of food downstairs with food ours, restaurants,cages.
hotel rooms are small but acceptable.
but the decor seems rather dark.
ask for the rooms facing the main road or on the outer wings.
lifts always too crowded!!!

Was only in singapore for a night and needed a hotel to stay in. Picked the hotel due to the location.
Very small room, dated, generally did not have a good feeling about the hotel
The staff too mad absolutely no effort to make me feel welcome
Should have paid more to stay in the Pan Pacific
