Satisfying stay
near to mrt station, brand new hotel with reasonable rate

we stayed at premier room but surprise to see a small room after checking in. shower room too small and no hand towel provided. overall our stay at v hotel is just safisfying for the rate we paid. nowadays, hotels in singapore are getting more expensive due to strong local currency.

location is great - mrt station is just around the corner, and there is a hawker center , fast food, convenient shop < 5 mins walk from the hotel lobby. overall great location for those that need to access to public transportation.
i am ok with the room size but the bath room is a little bit too small, and one thing to take note is, this hotel is very crowded, you really have to plan ahead when you want to go out, there are 4 escalator but during peak hours (lunch, dinner when most of the people will go out), the lifts are alway full, you may have to wait for >10 mins to get a lift down.

great location hotel
great location, good facility, and convenience

basically, this hotel is not cheap, but in singapore, the hotel cost is quite high. of course, i understand it's a 4 star hotel, but the room is quite small. you expect it's just a budget hotel.
overall speaking, the location is really good, close to mrt and the rate is quite attractive and competitive for the traveler (leisure / business).
moreover, the facilities are really good, especically the swimming pool.
the services is really nice and another selling points are the dining place. there are lots of dining places there.

Good hotel with small space

this new hotel is a quite niche hotel, just next to mrt station lavender and foodcourt, but the rooms are too small, especially the shower.

Great Hotel at good location

This is a very new hotel, the equipment and renovation all very new and clean, it situated right above the MRT station, it is very convenient to travel to any parts of Singapore. Raffles City is just a station away from the hotel.

great location, clean rooms but poor security

I've stayed there for 2 nights. The second day, I've left my room early to get breakfast. Very bad security!

great location but small room

This hotel has excellent location that located right at the Lavender MRT Station. It is very convenient especially if you were to travel from place to place. Generally, the hotel is clean and organised. However, the set back is that the size of the rooms are too small, especially the toilet.
Hotel staffs are quite friendly and helpful. In overall, I am happy with this hotel. It is valued for money.

Clean, neat and great location
Good location and clean hotel. Good place to stay if you like to travel a lot via MRT (MRT station is just at the back of the hotel!

The hotel room is a little bit small but for serving the purpose for sleeping is good enough. Overall the room design, furniture are in good form.
However sometimes at night when came back from outside we smell smoke/cigaratte smell at the walkway.
Other than that, everything is OK. Clean and affordable hotel.

I like the location. Good accessibility with good supports of a MRT line and food choices. Environment wise, it is relatively quite a place for those who want to be slightly of city life.
