Great Location Budget Hotel

V hotel is a new hotel located at Lavender MRT station. There is a great 24 hours food court where foods never sleep. Rooms at the V hotel is rather small and rather like any other budegt hotel. Hotel facilities are limited and I guess hotel is more suitable as a 3 1/2 star hotel rather than 4 stars hotels. Rooms are standard and only with small standing shower facilities.
Restaurant Tip:
24 hours foods court where you can have a variety of good food.

Nice bed but small showering area.

Counter registration was relatively fast as there were quite a number of receptionists available that day. The room is small but clean with a comfortable bed. The showering area is separated from the toilet and wash basin via a glass door and was pretty small (definitely not for couple bathing). I didn't try the facilities within the hotel though. But all in all, I reckon that my money is well spent.
Nightlife Tip:
There's a food court below the hotel which offers quite a variety of dishes. Locaton is pretty near to the shopping area in Bugis and you can reach the clubbing/pubbing areas of Clarequay and Boatquay by simply taking a cab on Kallang road opposite of the hotel (where the Lavender MRT station sits).

Hotel is conveniently located on a MRT station, making it easy to go to town for shopping. Shops around the hotel makes staying in on a rainy day more comfortable. The hotel interior have nice decoration and rooms are cozy.

V Lavender Hotel it's so good because near mrt, and good breakfast. This Hotel is good price for the room, the room it's small but you know S'pore.

Clean but small rooms
Located at Lavendar mrt station and minutes away from city centre

Tried to check in room with my passport but front desk office insisted on checking the credit card details as well. Lobby was crowded with new and leaving guests. Lift area was also very crowded. Had to wait several minutes before getting into the lift. Room was located on high floor. Room had big glass windows but view was blocked by opposite tower. Room has all the basic toileteries except for tissue paper. Bathroom was quite small. Room reminded me of budget hotel rather 4 star hotel.

Adequate hotel in a good location

a basic hotel located just off the exact city centre. twin room was very small, with no frills. far too many hotel guests due to its reasonable price, so not suitable if you want a quiet stay. dining facilities were basic too, but there are lots of small eating places literally around the corner from the hotel. best feature is the fact that the lavender mrt station is also literally around the corner too. bad point is that you have to pay for wifi, better to get a prepaid broadband card from a local telco. overall, an adequate hotel that is not really expensive if you are not looking for anything fancy.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
MRT location makes it easy to move around the city.
