Great location as it is just next to MRT

clean but small room. The staff was really friendly. Nearby got lots of foodcourt (some even 24 hours) and public parking places.

Other then location We could not find anything else.. Bathroom is very small.. You can't even bend.. No Bathing soap was given... If you a Vegetarian then you won't find anything nearby as all the food courts near the Hotel are Hardcore No-Veg(not even chicken..).. so if you are from china, Indonesia, Australia or Malaysia then no problem.. otherwise find some other one..

Nice rooms
Quick metro access to city centre and airport

Our room was a bit on the smallish side but still quite nice and, most importantly, clean. The bathroom, though small, was very nice as well - clean and new. Furniture is not worn and unpleasant. The hotel is located right next to the metro station, which makes getting around very easy. Also, the airport is just a few stops away, which makes taking a taxi (if one is travelling fairly light) unnecessary.

Nice and Safe Location

it was a very pleasant experience. although what they say is true about the small room and shower room, for me its just enough and comfortable. the breakfast was good and the staff especially the filipino workers i have talked to were very accomodating and helpful. i am really satisfied with my stay in this hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a 24 hour food court at the back of the hotel.

A very busy Hotel , to busy to offer personal service , Extras such as drinks and Restaurant very expensive probaly why they are not busy other than breakfast which is served cold and I mean cold eggs , bacon cooked to death , cold hash browns every thing cold. a Beer $11.00 , across the road in the local shop $2.00 to $3.00 depending on your choice.
As for having tours arranged ,I think the tour advisor was more interested in reading his paper, a simple trip to the Zoo was imposible to arrange it was suggested to me to make my own arrangements.

a very modern and clean hotel and great since it's right above the mrt station which makes it a breeze to travel about singapore. our triple room was tiny but for the price we paid, economical. while we were there the internet was down (even though they sold us internet access cards which they then refunded) for the whole 5 days. the only other complaint we had was that housekeeping missed our room frequently and we would need to ring for clean towels. the pool is terrific but has a lack of chairs and tables - and on occasion we would be told to go back to our rooms to get towels as they had run out. all staff we dealt with spoke english well.

the hotel is always full of people, due to its good service, full facilities at an affordable price. the hotel is located right next to the Lavender MRT station, and is also next to a 24 hour food court, although it has limited option. the hotel room is not too small as compared to other hotels at similar rate. it has good hotel facilities, for example, large open-air swimming pool, room service, gymnasium, and restaurant.

Quick check-in and check out. Friendly staff. Clean room. But a bit noisy.
Restaurant Tip:
Did not tried the restaurant. But it has a great foodcourt just outside the hotel and MRT transportation to all part of singapore.

Convenient Location but very small room

we chose this hotel because of its convenient location - on top of the lavender mrt station and also for the price - cheapest for a supposedly 4-star hotel. the room is really small and i can hardly turn in the shower room. no hand-soap provided - have to ask for it. our room is near the lift and can be quite noisy. a number of tour groups were staying during our stay - the hotel staff were very busy and i think that's why they did not seem very friendly. i guess you get what you pay for. not a 4-star hotel.
