as this hotel was not cheap I was most disappointed with the size of the rooms.
The bathroom in particular was tiny and completely airless

We were greeted by polite staff. I find the rooms clean, although a bit small. I like that there are numerous food shops and fruit stands just beside the hotel. There is also an MRT station very near to the hotel. The charge for internet access is also reasonable at SGD10.00 for 24 hours.

staff is friendly,but room is too small with the money we have paid. breakfast is lousy, not worth with what you have paid.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Is great that you can walk from Orchard to City Hall. You can enjoy shopping and sightseeing in the same time.

rooms and washrooms are small.
this hotel is surrounded by local housing and so you will get to mingle with the locals.
1 min walk to lavender mrt station which is 1 station away from bugis and 2 away from city hall.

while "mass luxury" is an oxymoron, the v hotel really does provide very good service for a budget hotel. rooms are large and clean and the location (on top of a mrt station) cannot be beat.

first time checking-in into this hotel since it's quite a brand new hotel. upon checking-in, was upset by the size of the bedroom. the room was terribly small, no views (facing other people's bedroom)and worst is we had to pay for the car park charges as they do not provide any complimentary parking for the hotel guests. this was totally ridiculous as none of the hotel staffs actually informed us upon checking-in nor there were any signs of the car park charges. we did not enjoy our stay and do not recommend others for stay vacation with this hotel.

Very convenient hotel
great location with easy MRT access

I stayed with my parents in the triple bedroom, it was a pleasant stay. Nice view of Kallang River. Very strategic location with convenient MRT access (just below the hotel) surrounded by lots of souvenir & snack shops with 24hrs kopitiam. Would definitely come back!
Travel tip:
You can come to the hotel by MRT from the aiport. Easy.
