Great Location but bad service
convienent place for the MRT and bus station, good swimming pool

the room service is really bad, they did not clean your room until you give the frontdesk calls even you back hotel after 5:00pm, your room still not cleaned. wish they can do some improvement for this. all of the others are OK>

Room is small but clean. Pack with tourist at certain time. Internet charge separately. Just outside the hotel, there is a 24 hours food stall. Very convinent.

The hotel is very nicely located at cbd area. Convinience stores and resto and hawkers are all over the surroundings. It is good for travellers who like to go for night life and shopping as it is near to shopping malls and bars. I have one problem tho. Poor signal of hp and wifi tho

Excellent location, air-conditioning is too cold

The hotel is situated right above the MTR station Lavendar, with lots of food stalls nearby .Very convenient for family who dont want to walk too much, easily access to all tourist locations within 30 min.
The drawback is the air-conditioing. It is centrally control and it is super cold when you switch it on. The hotel lobby always full on guests , but that's also mean this hotel is very popular and many tourist choose to stay there.

Coffee shop nearby and a fast food restaurant named wendy.
Just a few stop away from Marina Bay.

Great location, room was more than adequate size
Great price, lovely water pressure and shower - comfortable bed.

Not enough power points in the room, no light switches near the beds.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try for a floor at the very top or bottom of the hotel - There's a lot of traffic in the morning and it's often hard to get onto the lifts.

wonder what the housekeeping doing when they clean and tidy up the room. Under the bed we sleep there is snake soft toy where is left over from pervious customer who stay at the room, where i have no idea how many customer had stayed in the same room because it is so dusty under the bed.
