Convenient honest hotel - basic, functional n chic
MRT location, clean, comfy bed, 24/7 food court downstairs , top value

. The bedroom and bathroom may be small but nothing wrong with it: it's clean and functional, the bed is real comfy (=hard like Asians like them), the A/C and TV worked fine, didnt try the pool or gym, and didnt have too much problem with the lifts. Wifi is optional for SGD10 daily. Who really needs it anyway.
Downstairs, around the corner is a food court open all hours, cheap food (breakfast of coffee and 2 steamed buns cost all of 2SGD).
Lavender MRT Station under the hotel and across from the road, 3 minutes slow walk across the pedestrian subway. From Changi Airport, hop on the train for 2SGD and 9 stops later, you've arrived. Taxi will cost you 20SGD, recommended for party of 3 or more with baggage. Going downtown for shopping and sight-seeing is a breeze on the MRT.
All in all, a top value-for-money hotel, highly recommended.

2. great location, the staff is very helpful and friendly, easy to check in and check out.
3. room is comfortable, clean and modern..but the room is very small the bathroom is very small to

5. next to the hotel you can all kind of food(bakery, local food, kopitiam, wendy's, halal food, etc)
Restaurant Tip:
for the Muslim don't worry..there is the Halal food with cheap price :)

Great location but small rooms

this hotel, with this kind of price, i think it has the best location in whole singapore. mrt station just downstair, 24 hour food court with great food and variety of choice, bus stop all of this can be reach within less than 1 minute walking.
room is small, kind like tune hotel, but very clean.
front desk is not very friendly though.

Greatest location, great service at front desk

great experience, i can get my daily needs of fruits & breakfast just next to hotel. when i travel for business / convention, i found easiest to take mrt, and mrt station lavender is just next door, walk 1 min.

Rooms are small ans pricey. Will be more attractive is the rates are lower.
Breakfast tables are not enough as the hotel caters for a lot of foreign tourists during peak season

i came with my mother at this supposed 8 mth old hotel. looks brand new, but the room and shower area sizes are tad dissapointing. they are quite small in comparison to other hotels. they have a queensize bed in our superior room which is rather squeezy for 2 of us. the room feels best with single occupancy. there is an lcd flatscreen tv, telephone, kettle, hairdryer, but only one electric socket for use (because of the kettle).
i was unable to adjust the aircon as well, intermittently switching on and off. tv channels were mainly singapore, malaysia, indonesia and the major news channels like bbc.
i like this seating ledge beside the window panel that looks over the sceneries outside.
the swimming pool at 4th floor was quite cold on that cloudy day. pool attendant was not around while i waited about 5-10 mins. i had to go down to the lobby to ask for pool towels. pool is 1.2m in depth throughout. we only dipped in less than 10 mins we got out.
there is a cosy tiny gym overlooking the pool.
breakfast was rather average despite going there without high expectations. the range is rather small, with continental and asian foods. scrambled eggs was the only egg dish available. most tables are located outside of any aircon environment. many vietnamese and chinese guests around.
lobby is often crowded with guests and stacked luggages.
there is a shopping alley just below the hotel with coffee shop, manicure/pedicure outlet, bee cheng hiang, bubble tea shops. the best thing is the convenient access to lavender mrt.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The seat ledge is a nice place that is spacious enough for one person to relax on it and watch the view outside.
