The hotel looked new. It had a modern and minimalist design to it. Our room was rather small though. It didn't have a window and the bathroom was very small. The bathroom didnt have a divider between the shower and toilet/wash area. After showering you will really feel the humidity inside the room.
The location was good, near orchard and other main go to spots in Singapore. The price of the room was affordable.
It was a so-so experience, nothing extraordinary, somthing you would expect from a budget hotel. I would most likely chose a different hotel next time I visit SG.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Visit Orchard for luxury shopping
Visit Bugis for bargain shopping
Take a trip to Sentosa for Universal Studios and RW
Go to Clarke Quay for night life
Must see MBS and Garden by the bays

The hotel and room is new and clean. The location is good and near to bus stop. However; the room is really small with no window which can make uncomfort.

A lovely place to stay. Easy access to city and good food around.
Check in & check out very fast.
Staff are all friendly & helpful.
Room are comfortable & clean however a bit small.
Price reasonable & value for money.

10 minutes walk to MRT. Having famous biscuit store near by

I stayed for 2 night. So far the service seems all right for the staff. However, cleanliness might be an issues as I found 1 cockroach running around.
During night time, can heard workers or contractor trying to renovate something which actually annoying and disturb the sleep.
Facing a 4 wall room, ventilation is not perfect.
And the car park is not compliment for guest who stay in. (which I expect to have)

this hotel is adequate for it price in singapore. simple no fuss hotel. good for bussiness traveler.
modern room. dont expect many amenities thou.
a good option hotel, way better than hotel in it's price range.
room could be tad cleaner thou.
a little dissapointment is, in agoda deal they dont mention that the basic room didnt have windows, so we pay additional 10SGD for room with windows. since we stay for 3 nights.
for short stay i dont mind without any windows.
Travel tip:
you will like to go around by bus or taxi, as mrt are 3 bus stop away.
go around balestier or thomson road for eateries (kopitiam)
if you're going for hospital around novena this is a good option for hotel.
get room with wifi internet, it's a good deal, since they charge 10SGD daily if you're not order room with internet.

Good hotel.. Great services.. And all staff are very good service! But the room should be more clean and toilet should be better .. Water can come into the room easily !! For location is great , have many supermarket and 24hr department store open! Easy to walk at night and find something to do ..
