Great hotel if you are on a budget but still wants to be in a convenient location. We got the room with windows but unfortunately the building faced a construction site at the time of our stay.
Its a room to get if you have a packed itinerary and you would just be in the hotel for sleeping. The place is decent for its price and it stands out versus fragrance and hotel 81 in terms of cleanliness.
A bus stop is located nearby and the novena mrt is a long walk from the hotel. The wee nam kee chicken rice shop is near the mrt station and is a definite must try!

boutique hotel with a small room. however, the sound proof is poor as i can hear every single word at the corridor. good to bring ear plug.
location is fairly good as you can get direct bus to orchard road at $1.30 instead of buying about $6 taxi fares.
the hotel does not provide free parking. they charge for 24hours. wifi is only limit for one device at a time which is highly inconvenient.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. The hotel itself is about to 2 bus stations away from a Catholic Church, a mall and a good restaurant called Boon Tong Kee.

the room though very small, is clean, modern and comfortable. it comes with free wifi internet, but is a little troublesome i have to purposely go down to the reception to get the password which expires daily. overall satisfied with the stay and would not mind staying there again.

this hotel is centrally located within the city with beautiful surroundings. highly recommended for travelers with family. lots of shops and food around the hotel plus must see landmarks are just round the corner. rooms are of decent size with decent room facilities. service was great from the moment we checked in till we checked out.

This is my second stay at the Value Thompson Hotel. It's a value for money hotel. Clean and perfect for solo travelers. Some rooms do not have windows. Request for rooms with windows.

Small room but clean

This is the second time I choose to stay in Singapore.There are plenty of nice food around this area which we can go conveniently by bus. Walking distance estimate 15 mins to novena mrt or by bus two station.The staffs here are friendly and the room is clean even it is a small room.
