Great Hotel, high value

Real value by Spore standards, fiendly staff, adequate facilities for busy travellers. Excellent location for food and shopping mall nearby (15 minutes walk) to Novena Square.
Vety clean room and only thing amiss is a mini fridge, this will really be good to have.
Restaurant Tip:
Kitchen 2 is excellent, nearby food court if you want local cuisine.

avoid 7th floor room (near swimming pool & very noisy). receptionists are not pleasant, but reasonably responsive to your queries. the room is reasonably new but strictly fit for 2 persons only.
will try v hotel next time.

i love to stay at this hotel even i only got standard room which suits for me and my wife. the room was perfectly clean and smells good (no carpet stink).
Hotel Feature Tip:
I think free internet access and swimming pool is a plus for this hotel compare to the competitors with the same price. And If you like to have a romantic evening with your spouse, I suggest you to take a room with a window.

The hotel is easily accessible by Bus from the city.
Not many good eateries around the hotel and one would probably have to venture further to town for your meals.
Internet connection and local phone calls are complimentary. Unfortunately one would not want to be in the room for too long as the rooms are very small and windowless (you get what you pay for).

if your on the go and just need a place to sleep in, this hotel would suit you. location is near novena station, but it has very small rooms.
Restaurant Tip:
kopi-c and kaya toast for breakfast is great at the restaurant just across the hotel
