Good hotel, clean but far away from shopping area

room is o.k. for 1 person,
close to coffee shops,bu a bitt far from mrt.

may be a chair and a table will be better in the room,the mattress i slept on has some urine smell. price is reasonable for 1 person,if hotel customers do not have to change the internet pass word everyday will be better, overall is clean and o.k. for single traveler.

Great location but small rooms
Stay only one night but we decided to choose this hotel when we cameback to Singapore.

We were watching David Foster from Marina Bay and just tried riding bus no...to the area and suddenly we saw a "purple building" of Value Thomson hotel. It was easy eventhough almost at midnight.

New clean room but not very near to the mrt

the room is very new, clean, bright and modern with essential facility, but it is quite small. the cleaning team is a bit noisy; for business traveller like me, i would like to have more relaxing room to myself.

Great Hotel Staff

I like the hotel for the fact that the housekeeping staff are very efficient in attending to my requests. Also, the receptionists are able to advise me the good eating and shopping place. Lastly, when ever I need a taxi, they would be able to get it for me within 10 minutes.

The hotel is clean, cheap and has a great location. At Balestier rd, you can find many great foods. orchard isnt far away either. However the room is not so sound proofed. overall, im satisfied.

Good location and clean for small budget

10 minutes walk to the nearest MRT station. If you take taxi, it is very near Orchard Road. If you arrive Singapore late at night, 15-20 minutes taxi from airport to the hotel. Location is good for many choice of eateries nearby, even after midnight. If you like jogging in the morning or evening, the surrounding streets are convenient for jogging.

extremely small, no extra bed, no spoon, no sugar!
fairly cheap. clean towel

dirty. upon arrival found serious dust and hair all over floor. thin walls, thin door. tiny toilet. xtremely tiny closet.
great hotel if you're staying for only a night/ two. bed sheets and towels are clean.
dont expect to extend your sleep in the morning unless the hotel is in low occupancy, the hall has ridiculous echo and the thin walls dont help.

Poor quality!
The room and toilet is dirty, small and cramped.
The staff were very professional and friendly.
The location is convenient as there’s many food outlets
MRT station is not within walking distance.
