Value hotel with a value

the location of the hotel is about 10mins walk from novena mrt. there are also quite a number of restaurants around this hotel which makes dinning pretty convenience.
staff have great smiles and very friendly. since there are many staff on stand-by, there's hardly any waiting time.
the room which i was staying was small but very clean. the room is still very new. amenties consist of towels, toothbrush and paste, bath and shampoo gel, hairdryer. the hotel doesn't provide shaver, but you can easily buy it from the convenient store just outside of the hotel.
overall good value for this hotel...especially singapore hotels are relatively expensive, this one is certainly a good deal!

place was nice. the hotel looked great from the outside, but the room and bathroom was small. the nearest mrt station is quite a walking distance and the best is to get a cab instead.

Sound insulation is no good that we can hear the next room's residents dialogue; Location is quite convenient that you can take different route buses to any tourist spots：Habour Front, City Hall, Orchard Road, China Town. Although it is far from the Novena MRT station, you can choose take route 131 bus to MTR station or go there on foot for 10 mins. Quite lots of restaurants are located in this district.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take route 131 bus go back hotel next to the Revenue House opposite the Velocity Mall.

Fantastic location to all amenities. Clean rooms and great room service.
Shopping Tip:
We were able to go to any shopping centres from here for as little as $6.00 taxi fare. We also walked to the nearest shopping complex since it was just walking distance.We enjoyed shopping at Marina Square, Little India and China Town, since we managed to get bargains.

accomodating hotel staff they accepted as even we arrive early for normal checkin time. this help us a lot because on that day we are planning to go to universal studio by 10 AM and we have problem of our luggage. I feel the great service they have offered to us.

this is my 1st stay here,im going with 1 friend here.the room is quite small but it can afford 2 people inside,the location is very accessable when u can take bus to the tourist attractions,just about 10mins to orchard rd by taxi,and also can take mrt,the nearest is novena stn,about 10 mins .staffs are commonly good,but i found some of them laughed or talk with others during give the service,but overall this is a good hotel with a reasonable price in singapore.
Shopping Tip:
U can take MRT or Bus to go to Orchard road,or 6$ only with taxi.

this hotel outlook is very presentable. inside is clean and comfortable. it is conveniently located along a lot of good food area, though the only setback is it is not within walking distance to any mrt station or big shopping mall. if the hotel can provide shuttle bus service for guests to go and forth the novena mrt station, it would be perfect.

they gave me a room without windows. there was a difficulty living in a compact room with no windows because it also means there is no aditional platform to place my stuff. they only have a poor small desk which has already fulled with the kettle, cups and other stuff. i can hardly place my lap top on the test and i was forced to place my stuff on the floor and using my lab top on the bed. some staff are not very friendly.
