Great hotel for short term and near to city. Rooms are small but surrounding are good. A lot of food center and mini mart. Also the nearest MRT is Toa Payoh MRT, around 2-3 bus stop.

On the whole,it was a pleasant stay. The room is a little small but price reasonable. Basic amenities are provided. And it's good to have hot water boiler to make hot drinks. Room is clean and free Wi-Fi connection. Hotel is approximately 10 minutes to MRT station and there are many eating places to choose from.

Location is good but the rooms are suffocating

1. Your rates was higher than the hotel rates offered on the same day. I lost close to 40 Singapore dollars each day. Total loss for me was 80 Sing dollors.
2. Hotel check in was 2. I spent another 20 Sing dollars for early check in
3.Internet went off. But hotel didnot give me refund. But offered me complementary breakfast.
4. Hotel is not accessable to any MRT station and it cost almost 6-7 Sing dollors to reach the station. Hence it is not convinient for budget travellers.
