This hotel is nothing fancy, but the rooms are clean and it's in an excellent location - right in the neighborhood with all the high-end hotels.
We stayed in it twice recently, on either end of a cruise. On our first visit, the internet was out the entire night/day we were there, and as a result the staff upgraded us to a deluxe room for both stays. When we returned for our second stay, they also let us check in at 9:30 am, for no extra charge - very nice! The wifi was working and it was excellent.
We will definitely stay here again!
Restaurant Tip:
I highly recommend the food court across the street in a sort of old-school mall. The stall selling bee hoon makes a great version, which was delicious for breakfast. It's about halfway down the left side of the food court, with several recognition certificates posted. Yum!

Great location but small room

my wife and i stayed 2 full weeks at this hotel. at first we were disappointed because for that length of stay the room was small with no direct light coming in the room. but we settled in. but after all we were not disappointed. the room was very clean, room service was impeccable, the staff was helpful and we were within a walking distance from all major tourist areas.

great location, quiet little hotel
very nearby to mrt station, within walking distance to shopping mall.

the hotel is just 2min away from bras basah station, if you exit from the back door. another convenient is that it is near to carlton hotel , which is one of the bus stop of the free shuttle bus to the uss. on the last day, we decided not to change mrt lines, can just walk up to the bugis station and straight to changi airport.
