This is a small hotel, room is small but clean, hotel near to bugis which is a great shopping spot.
No breakfast provided but you can take a short walk to bugis morning market for breakfast. Bus stand is just right infront of hotel.

I was with my wife who was taking up an exam and we wanted to be in a comfortable and quiet hotel with easy access to the shopping areas also not draining our budget .in Victoria hotel we got exactly what we were looking for.
The room/bath were adiquate size and quiet n comfy.staff specially the young guy in d reception was very obliging
Lack of breakfast is a down side but not a big issue as there are plenty of food courts around

Very disappointed with this stay. Normally I am not critical of 2star hotels because I know that you get what you pay for, but with this one I have to mention my disappointment. First of the rooms were filthy. All matter of stains on the floor and furniture. There were ants constantly searching for food across the desk (I brought no food into the room). The internet was so slow that I just gave up on it. Even at times when no one would be using it.
One one of the days the staff forgot to give me new towels or water, but they were responsive in delivering it to my room when I called.
On one morning at 6:45 am, the hotel had a problem with the fire alarm on my floor, and it started to go off every 5 minutes.
Overall not impressed and I would never recommend it to anyone else
