The room is small, and it is suitable for those who normally don't enjoy the facilities in the hotrel. Just a small nice room to sleep.
The hotel located in Victoria Street, turn left from the hotel, about 15mins walk to Bugis Market, a nice splace for shopping at night, and may food stall there. Then turn right and turn right again, about 30mins walk to Ochard Street for high class shopping.
If you get into a bus opposite the hotel, just within 10mins you will get to China Town, another place for shopping and eating.

Location, location location
The location was ideal with the subway a block away, food stalls across the street and a short walk to BUGIS

Nice place on heart of Singapore @bugis Street
near to Bugis Street and you can find Circle K just on front of the Hotel

price performance hotel, if you want to find a good quality hotel and great location should be victoria hotel singapore, there are circle k just in front of hotel, also bus stop, near to singapore national library, the most importance thing is just walk for 5 minutes you can find a famous bugis street, so many intresting souvenir over there and cheap enough for us. just cross the road you will find bugis mall with a fantastic water light and mrt station (bugis station)

The hotel is very near Bras Basah station about 2 minutes walk. The room is acceptable with reasonable price comparing the cost of living in Singapore. The hotel provides free internet inside the room & at the lobby.
Shopping Tip:
Raffles City at City Hall station is not too far from the hotel.

Is a good choice, location is so accesible to MRT and taxi services too. Near to shopping centre and the famous Temple.
and there is one bugis village there, with have a lot of fashionable stalls which selling korean, taiwan, hong kong clothes. A lot of local food stalls there too.

near the Bras Basah MRT...the easiest & convenience transport to use...just walking 2 minutes from the hotel...

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with our 3 years old daughter...it's at the Victoria Road...beside the 7 Eleven store...we are not explore it too much because we only back to the room at night for rest...
About the room, I think it's too small for a family with kids...for couple maybe just ok...
By the way, the hotel service staff is good, friendly and always smile...
For Muslim, it is hard to find the halal restaurant or food here...the nearest I think is at Bugis are...about 15 minutes by walking...
But to travel anywhere, you can use the MRT (Bras Basah Station) with just 2 minutes walking through behind hotel building...
Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel service and our stay there with the price offered which is the cheapest and affordable in that area...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Just use the MRT to go somewhere which are very convenience and easy...Should see the great landscape and view at Marina Bay area...

i recently stayed there with my family after i got a good rate from agoda. room is clean with simple furnishing and the beds are very comfortable too. it's a bit small though but you can't expect more for the price you are paying. location of the hotel is good. it's 5 min walk to mrt station and shopping area in bugis. overall i had a good stay and would stay there again when i'm in singapore.

Great Location - Pleasant hotel

Pleasant hotel for just a one night stay. Not recommended for big families though as it would be too tiny to fit everyone. Great for couples just for short stay but not for chilling in the room as it does not give that level of comfort to stay in the room. So this room is good if you're there for shopping all day and just use the room for sleep and shower.

Everything has been perfect at the expectation of budget hotel. It is within walking distance to MRT station, hence its great for family with young children. We could commute to tourist places pretty easy and fast. There was also bus stop just right in front and the famous Bugis junction for shopping was just one stop away. The bed is comfortable too.
However, none of the above mentioned plus points beat the beg bugs attack to both my husband and I. Our children were spared with one or two bites only but that's enough to keep them itchy for days. The staffs were quick to respond to my complaint and apologize but what was done was done. Till now the itch and red bumps are still there.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The bed bugs may only infested with certain room, so do pull out the bed sheet and check the seam and the headboard for any flat, apple seed like creatures. Otherwise, its good for value.
