Overall I like the hotel. however, can be improved by: 1. air-con quite warm in the room. 2. roof top swimming pool water dirty 3. complimentary 1 hr bike supplier bikes are very dirty (didn't fit into the clean corporate image of the hotel.

ther best customer service better than any other hotel We have stayed in. We had a late flight and they gave us 3.00pm Late Check Out no extra charge. The Shuttle service is excellent. We will stay there again when we go to Singapore

stay was good. they gave us a free upgrade to the deluxe rooms due to lack of double beds for the superior rooms. room was big and airy, very comfortable ambience. infinity pool is not full glass, but theres a good view of the sea.

Poor room location that spoilt our stay.
The easy access to dinning ,beach,free parking and complimentary cycling .

I was given a room right at the end of a long winding corridor. Each time I open my door, I faced a storeroom where housekeeping supplies are kept.There were several unused mattresses stacked against the wall. Very depressing. My room was number 350 which was the 2nd last room of a long corridor that ends at a staircase and the fireman lift.There was no sense of security as the lift did not require hotel access card and so anyone can enter the hotel.really scary. Our room also faced a forest and at night, it was rather spooky. There was a balcony but it was unkept and dirty. very surprised at the hotel's maintainence. I am wondering if such lousy room were released for special offer prices as advertised by Agoda. Will think twice before booking via Agoda again.
