Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Lovely hotel with Nic interior
8.3
Very nice and quiet environment. Hotel room was also spacious and the lay out is nice. Swimming pool at the rooftop is really very quiet and relaxing. Overall experience in the hotel was great. Great service staff. However, due to the location being in changi, it is a little inaccessible. Will consider coming back to hotel again.

Lovely location
3 minutes to the beach, nice rooftop pool

We love the location, short walk from the beach and near the famous changi village hawker centre. Sadly though this hawker centre was closed for rebuilding, so we didn't have a chance to sample the fare. The front desk reception staff were friendly and helpful and so were the housekeeping. We were just a little bit disappointed that the tv channels were rather limited this time. When we were last here in march 2012 there was discovery channel as well as nat geo. but both had been axed this time. Make sure to go up to level 8 where they have a rooftop pool. Lovely view and wonderful seabreeze up there. However this time the pool water was downright awful and dirty!!! There were so many large bits of debris floating in the water that I got out of the water in a hurry!!!
Restaurant Tip:
First stop restaurant has decent seafood moderately priced.

Very accommodating staff and great beds
The 8th floor pool is lovely. The gym was great for getting the blood circulating after a long flight

this is my second stay at the changi village hotel and it really is a very relaxing stay on our journey from melbourne to london. the breakfast buffet was excellent value and the caesar salad with prawns for dinner was delicious and great value. my 12 year old son and i had a deluxe twin room which was very comfortable. will definately stay again.
Travel tip:
Weekends seem busy due to weddings and can be a bit chaotic at check-in (but maybe it was being tired from the flight!). There are plenty of places to eat in Changi Village and the beach walk is good to clear out the cabin cobwebs.

Very helpfull allowed us to check in before 12 oclock even thought it should have been 2pm. Plenty of places near the hotel to buy food so didnt eat at the hotel.Transfer back to the hotel free and efficient. All staff very friendly and spoke excellent english. would use again. Suited our purpose as we only wanted somewhere to stay as we had a late flight home.

The hotel stay was pleasant and the service was great. Getting to the hotel was slightly complicated as the location is far from the central area. How ever this will be a good choice for travellers who are looking to rest and relax,

Good quiet location
The hotel is located at a quiet location on the east of the country.

I think the hotel is a good place for you to run away from the city but still have the basic needs covers such as food.
Is it also convenient if you would like to make a trip to Pulau Ubin for the day or rest n relax at the beach, doing some sea sports.

Staff are friendly. However, the in-house restaurants are totally not accessible to people who use wheelchair or have walking disability.
