extremely clean and well maintained,
friendly and prompt staff.
helpful by giving us an early check-in,

spacious rooms and good facilities in the room.
located in a very peaceful locality.
i would recommend it to all my friends.
breakfast very limited, should add eggs to the menu.
nobody to help you with your bags over the stairs.
our stay at the vip hotel was very pleasant indeed. It was in a very peaceful locality which gave us the quiet which we so wanted on our vacation, away from the noise of the street and malls, yet within walking distance of newton mrt. the hotel is very well maintained and hygienic in all respects. the staff are friendly and prompt.it was a good experience and we would definitely use this hotel again. thanks,

Nice resort feel
No toothbrush toothpaste.
The room is large (if you're lucky. not all the rooms are of the same size) and well kept. Nice 32" lcd screen. Study table with ample space provided. The pool at the ground floor with the in house cafe/pub/restaurant gives the place a resort style feel. Integrated jacuzzi in the pool. If you're driving, the parking is free. Limited slots though.
I've never been to a hotel which does not provide toothbrush and toothpaste. This was the first. Asked the night stuff for certain items ( soap, tissue paper etc) and she told me to ask her colleague at the bar.
Called room service in the morning to send our breakfast upstairs, but they refused. Went down and had the crappiest hotel breakfast ever. I've been to hotels in Ethiopia.. This is Singapore, a first world country.
My general opinion of the hotel is that the rooms, facilities and location are alright for the price, but the service is more like bed and breakfast.
