Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got a complimentary upgrade when we got there, enquired about late checkout and was glad to find it was complimentary! Bonus for our staycation which was to celebrate a special occasion.
Hotel environment was clean and quiet, and breakfast spread was basic but decent. After leaving the hotel we realise we left one of our mobile in the hotel room, called the hotel and staff got back to us really quickly. A little hiccup inbetween because of the mobile but already informed the reception staff about our concern. Will still recommend this hotel because we had a pleasant weekend there!

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.

This hotel might be a little further out but makes up for it with its modern decore, facilities and delightful staff members. The train station is only a few minutes walk from there and gives easy access to anywhere in Singapore. We will be using this hotel for our next visit.

The hotel staff were helpful and the rooms were clean. Buffet breakfast had a nice spread. Hotel is located at a 10 minute walk to Outram park station

Exquisite variety of breakfast spread. Centrally located. Swift check-in and out process. Friendly staff.

Nice stay at the Wangz Hotel. Was given room on the higher floor. Comfy room and bed. Furnishings were pleasantly placed. Staff were friendly; they address you by your name each time they see you. Had problems with the air-conditioning at 0100HRS and technician came to address the problem 5 minutes after the call to the reception. Only downside of the room is that their air-condionting is centralised so literally you can't control the room temperture persay; takes about 10-15 minutes to cool the room given the tropical weather in Singapore. Exquisite breakfast spread I must say of all the hotel stays I have stayed in Singapore. Eggs were served with mushrooms and tomatoes. Overall, good stay coupled with good service. Will stay again.
