Location is good and close to shopping mall. The hotel is a bit old but the room is very spacious.

The toiletries facilities is not enough.

Location - close to Orchard Road

Nothing

The York Hotel is in a great location with only a 5 min walk to Orchard Road. We were given a free upgrade to a fantastic huge room with lovely bathroom and fittings. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very freindly and helpful. Will certainly return - a top hotel.

Shopping Tip : Close to Orchard Road and Singapore Sales are 31 May to 31 July - worth a visit.

Great location

Not flexible

Located very strategically in the city but apart from that everything is the same as what you expect from a normal hotel. Lobby is impressive but that's about it. Room is a little old and selection for breakfast is insufficient for such rated hotel. Very inconvenient for people who drives as only 1 ticket is issued per day.
