Good location, but old and smelly hotel
Location near Orchard Road, and walking distance to transit

The staff are not friendly and the rooms are old with moldy and smelly carpet. I would not recommend this hotel. The staff are unhelpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Check out Raffalles Hotel and the Marina Bay Sands.

welcoming was not thay great since we cant understand the receptionist. spacious room + good location ( orchard area) got good breakfast - many selection...
the partition of every room is not really sound proof .. got disturb with the maintenance going on around 7am and from that time we cant sleep already!!!!!
Shopping Tip:
Go to Lucky Plaza ... Got many discounts there BUt be careful haha

if you like shopping this hotel is close to orchard road. lots of shopping. orchard road is a 2.2 kilometre-long street that is the retail and entertainment hub of singapore. it is a major tourist attraction, in addition to being the most popular shopping enclave in the city-state. often, the surrounding area is known simply as orchard, partly owing to the fact that the mrt station that serves the vicinity is named orchard.

The hotel is nothing great except for the location, right in the heart of Orchard Rosd. The facilities are limited. The breakfast provided is plain simple. Rooms are generally small but it is clean. I would return to stay, only for the location.

Many restaurants and shopping complexes around the area.

We booked a family room and it was massive!! We were able to check in at 10am (a nice surprise) and the staff there well trained in service. Although the breakfast (included) was not the best, it was edible and we were given- I would have to say- the best service so far when having breakfast in Singapore: our coffee cup never reached the end before being filled up and our table was quickly cleared.
Restaurant Tip:
There is not much on offer in the small restaurant but there is heaps on offer all within walking distance or a short train ride

i stayed in the deluxe room with king room. it was spacious although the bathroom was a tad small. wanted to use the wifi but realised it's chargeable and its quite expensive. staff wasnt very friendly but maybe its because i checked in at 12mn.
