Best localtion hotel
Outstanding service, clean room and good location

After staying 4 nights at Cheathata Angkor Hotel Siem Reap, Cambodia. I was recommended by the hotel manager to choose this hotel for my trip to Singapore. Every thing is perfect and i enjoy my staying at this hotel.

Great location for visiting Mt Elisabeth Hospital
Easy access to Orchard Road

No free internet in any part of the hotel not even in the business center. We requested for a wifi in the room and paid $28 for a 24hrs internet. Signal was really bad and internet was super slow. I complained about it but it was still the same.i felt shortchange for the amount i paid for. Im too tired to argue w/ their personel because they were not accommodating.

the hotel wasn't too bad. unfortunately the package excluded breakfast which was an inconvenience, other than that the staff were very friendly, location was near orchard street which was what we required at the time.
the building although old was very well kept and worth the visit. although a bit pricy i think.

Wonderful and conveniently located hotel
the rooms are clean and beautifully designed, very helpful and attentive staff.

i was disappointed the 1st day i got there, as according to the lady in the hotel's check-in counter, the room that i reserved and requested (deluxe room with 1 king or queen-sized bed) was not available and had to give me another type of room (i think it was deluxe room with 2 single beds). i wasn't really happy about that, but the staff looked for a better room for me, and even upgraded me... thank you so much! really enjoyed my stay! will definitely go back! :)

york hotel provides value for money for the big rooms and the facilities that they provided. as a business traveler, the most important thing for me is the convenience to the main areas like scotts road and orchard road. they have a good value package for internet connection plus breakfast.
the pillows and bed was firm and comfortable.

Very pleasant. The hotel is located Near Orchard road. you can go to mount elizabeth hospital if you get sick and you can buy foods and shop accross the street at Paragon, Lucky Plaza, and Takasimaya. Shoppings are very convinient, everything is reachacble by feet so you dont have to pay for the taxi fees. There are many brands available at those shopping malls and quite expensive but since it is a branded goods, so the price would not be so cheap. When you buy some goods do not forget to ask for GST refund because you can get some amount of the tax back at the airport.
