convenient location, easy to go shopping

we stayed there for 3 nights but only one bottle of water was received as compliment. we thought that every day we should have one bottle of water. we checked with the roommate and got the reply that the regulation is only to deliver one bottle only, however, she still gave us another bottle with a smile. i think it is very important guesture. even we were not happy at that time, but the way the roommate treated us at that time made us forget the feeling of unhappness. anyway, water is very expensive in singapore, we would suggest we should get every bottle of water for every nite stay.
Restaurant Tip:
we loved the frog poridge and pepper crab.

location is great just a few steps from paragon- orchard road, and very convinience for us to walk down to the shopping mall. it is a good clean minimalist hotel, the premier room is very clean, and the facilities in the room is excellent. it is very comfortable for us. the hotel is near the me hospital and is in the quiet place.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
visit universal studios and nights safari, dining at clark quay were unforgettable experience.
walking just 10 minutes to ion shopping complex on orchard road

Nice place to stay and relax

Easy access to shopping and transport. Our room was quite big which seeing as I was with my sister gave us both room to move without tripping over eachother. Hair salon, Sam, was a very good experience. There is a small hill to go down to shop so go out the left front door and come back via Scotts road entrance as it is easiear. Definitely do Sunday High Tea.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you opt to have breakfast at the zoo with the orangutans make sure you get in quick as they have a very short attention span and take your own photo otherwise it is $35 for one of theirs.

It is a good clean minimalist hotel with great location for shopper.. while most 4-5 stars hotels in Singapore offer free internet access.

Wanted the extra room for luggage and small child. Tower suite was lovely with a sofa bed for our 4 year old.
Restaurant Tip:
Lucky Plaza food court has cheap and cheerful meals, lots of selection.

We have stayed at this hotel before while in transit and would again for the same reason.
Nightlife Tip:
Emerald Hill off Orchard road is a good place to find small bars in an area with some authenticity if you want to escape the shopping malls.
