We particularly like this hotel because of its location; it is not the first time we have stayed here and it won't be the last. Because it is not located on the busy Orchard Road it is much quieter. It is easy to get a taxi and walking to Orchard Road is easy, just a few minutes.
The staff are always helpful and go out of their way to assist with even the smallest query. Best of all is the generous room sizes and excellent layout.
Restaurant Tip:
If you want a quick, cheap meal, The Food Republic food mall is in Orchard Road within a few minutes walk of the hotel.

The hotel was well located- close to Orchard Road. Room has 1 x double and 2 x single beds- good for family ( only hotle we could find with this bedding configuration.
Service was average - staff not overly friendly and did not go out of their way to assist.

when we came to the hotel, hotel lobby is so simple that i thought maybe there is another front lobby to received guest. The hotel room is simple yet clean but you can see its little bit old. No wifi internet free. I always thought hotels in asia especially in hk and singapore is already wifi everywhere.

Very disappointed with our stay. On arrival we wanted a cup of tea in our room yet there was no complementary milk. We wanted to use the Internet but couldn't as we later found out we had to pay for it.This was not explained to us at check in. Our showers were awful as they went from cold to scolding hot. Not good when you have kids using it! Breakfast was cold, under cooked & unedable! That was buffet, our kids had to wait over 1/2 hour for their pancakes! We had well & truly finished ours & had to wait for them. Staff, at breakfast, were not interested & quite abrupt. Won't be staying here again! The best thing about it was the porters as they were very friendly & helpful at all times! Feel sad that it was so disappointing as we had been traveling for the previous 2 weeks & experienced such fantastic service everywhere else. Thank you.
Shopping Tip:
Good location for shopping as you are in the heart of it all.

location is great, just few steps away from Mt. Elizabeth hospital and shopping center. Bed is quite small, not comfy.
