Great Location! Beautiful View

I enjoy my stay at Centum Guesthouse. The location was very easy to access and surrounded by shopping, restaurants and much more. They conditions were fairly decent. For the price it's a great deal. I've never experience traditional college life and felt like I was living in a sorority house to some extent. The other guest were very respectful. It was a comfortable stay although I felt there could have been more cleaning or at least more cleaning supplies left for guest to clean after themselves..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is so much to do at Shinsegae in Centum City. I used the showers and saunas at Spaland daily because it was preferable over the bathroom at the guesthouse!

Location is great for this place because it is a short walk to the subway stations and the Shinsegae mall. Emily was nice to give us a private double bed instead of cohorting with other people. Emily was accomodating, however a bit odd, free breakfast was pretty much store bought pastries and bad coffee.
Room was decent with AC but not remote so we cannot turn it on...it was also our first night in South Korea that we both got several mosquito bites!!

Great find for my purposes
extremely clean, 2 blocks from bexco, subway, and upscale shopping

this was perfect for me. two city blocks from bexco (convention center) and very near subway station and plenty of shopping (retail, grocery, cafes). extremely clean (actually looked like brand new construction). this is essentially a 3 bedroom, two bath, very spacious flat, with kitchen and laundry facilities, sitting area with tv and one desktop computer for internet plus free wireless. i was one of only 4 guests on most nights, and i had the 6 bed mixed dorm room to myself all but one night out of 5. emily, the owner, is a very personable and speaks pretty good english. she emailed me with directions beforehand, and was waiting for me on arrival (she lives a few blocks away i think). the only downside i can imagine is that if the place were full, there would probably be a line for the toilet/shower (up to 10 people for one bathroom), but it wasn't a problem for me at all. extra bonus is a spectacular 180-degree view of busan from the 47th floor of this otherwise commercial-appearing building.
