The room is so spacious with king size bed and a small living area with sofa and coffee table. The room with water machine that you can drink hot and cold water freely whole day. There is a computer also that you can do your business, surely the room also covered with wi-fi. The location of the hotel is super convenient with 5-mins walk to the subway station which is few stations from Busan station only. The bus-stop is just turn the corner that can go to other place not covered by subway.
Hotel Feature Tip:
I stayed in deluxe room with floor warmer facilities (but pls ask hotel to turn on). The bed with massage facilities, the bathtub also with massage jets.

This hotel is about 8 minutes walk from Busan Station.
It was good that a bathroom parted from a restroom.
It takes time until hot water flows.
The heating is weak, too.

Previous review mentioned about the hotel now I want to talk about outside of the hotel I really like. Just opposites there's a few Korean restaurants, a really lovely cafe and 24hrs convenience stores. It's just 2mins walk to Chor yang station, it feel safe to walk at night though I don't recommend it if you a single lady. This is really one of the best motel I stayed and I pay very little for my stays so I'm really satisfied. However don't expect there's any view from the room bcos there's none. There's only few stations away from Busanjin, Nampodong just a bit further away from Seomyeon but still within 10-15mins ride.
However there's like 2000 motels in Pusan best if you have the address in Korean and printed map if not the hotel actually located
The right turn immediately after choryang station exit 12 and first turning to the left its on your right hand side. It's located right above a car park basement. The lift just after the staircase with e fashion motel signage so that you know you don't have to carry your suitcase 2floors up ;)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you taking the train make sure you have the train map on your phone or printed copy and mark it on stations you need to stop with sightseeing name. It's easier that way because practically Pusan Korean speak very little English or no English at all. It's not worth to buy day pass if you are like me like to just visit 1 point of interest in a single day. Ticket machine has English options so its very easy once you get the hang of it. I always buy return ticket so I won't bother to get return ticket again through the machine.
