we had a really nice room. The toilet was separate to the bathroom and the bathroom had both a shower and a spa bath. There was a huge tv and a computer. The location was excellent it was near a train station with access to lines 1&2 which are the only ones you're likely to need. There is lots of great food in the area, as well as bars and a lotte department store.
The only problem was that it was hard to find the hotel itself, Print out a map before you go.

the hotel is situated near lotte department store and the lotte hotel. it is not a lotte hotel. do not confuse. staff is very nice and helpful. bedroom is nice and big. they provide wifi and also computer set in room. breakfast is served by front office staff and it is milk, cerial, juice and bread. We can access to the hotel by taxi and we can walk to lotte department store just only 5 min.

This hotel is located in back alleys and is not known to taxi drivers. It was a last minute booking for business stay and couldn't tell from the webpage that it was a love hotel. I wouldn't mind staying for personal travel but not for business travel.
The room has basic but contemporary design - concrete walls and floors are not covered. There is smell of smoke in the room as smoking is allowed but the room is otherwise clean.
McDonald's is provided for breakfast. There is a variety of restaurants around the hotel and is near to Lotte mall.

We reserved this hotel without reading all the comments, we definitely should have done it. This is a love motel, not more than that. A bit dissapointed after paying the room, the hotel was just ok, bed sheets smell the bleach, one of the towels had hair on it. Staff gave us condoms at the arrival. I paid last year for a room in Seoul at one of the nicest quarters: Itaewon, very dissapointed after paying so much for this one.
