The Lotte Hotel is hugely popular among travelers going to the ancient city of Kyungju, Hanryu National Sea Park, and Ulsan-Pohang industrial complex. The multi-complex hotel includes an integrated cultural sports complex, as well as the Sky Plaza Indoor Theme Park and Lotte Department Store. There is also the spectacular Las Vegas Theater, a world-class convention center, 14 restaurants, a duty-free shop, and a casino with 70 slot-machines and 30 gambling tables. Guests of the hotel can have an enjoyable vacation in Busan and never actually leave the hotel.

located near centre of town.

welcome was very warm and not restricted to filling the hotel form and back to your room.Staff were very courteous.

Lotte Hotel was quite good with good quality service. Furthermore the staff was very helpful and some staff members could speak and understand English which made our stay easy.The room was of good standard and we were happy to make use of a computer with internet facilities free of charge. The room was cleaned everyday and linen changed daily.We were able to hire a taxi with the help of the staff and at a fixed charge already told to us.I was impressed by the honesty of the staff when dealing with us.We recommend Lotte Hotel to others who visit Busan.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The subway was very near and within walking distance. The Lotte Department store was found within the precints of the hotel and was easily accessible without being wet during the rainy season.

The lobby is luxurious, clean rooms, and I deserve the name of a luxury hotel. It was convenient to many Japanese-speaking staff.

When asked to recommend restaurants and shops was introduced to higher prices.

When I checked, agoda SHI new application NDARA in the case of Japan could increase the amount agoda please, because I was told to make sure. The result was paid to the first, it increases the amount of Japanese?? Under the impression that I regret.
