The room was great, love the huge window - we had a glimpse at the harbour. The night lights at the Somyeon district were quite vivid. Very friendly staff, but the concierge may need to improve English a little. I asked for directions to one of the seafood village at Taejongdae. I had the feeling because he could not communicate with me, so he told me to take a Taxi, when in fact it was a short walking distance from the Taejondae park entrance.
Very convenient to take airport shuttle to and from airport. But we had to be at the airport at 6am, so we took a taxi. And there were already taxis waiting at the lobby. I was really impressed with that.
Very grateful with free wi-fi - 2 years ago when we stayed at Lotte Seoul, it was a paid service.
Though i was impressed with the full pillow menu, I was disappointed at the rubber (?) pillow as it was still quite soft.

Great hotel in Busan
Location; cleanness; easy access to transport

Overall we love this hotel.
Hotel is very clean with very modern toilet facility. Access to subway is simple by underground pass with all shops surrounded. Duty free is on level 8 and close at 8.00pm which is easier for hotel guest if you want to do your shopping after daily sightseeing.
